FRM is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. FRM is operated by MEDIUS L.L.C - FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services, order products via our website or via connected communication channels (including WhatsApp).

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be exact to renders depicted in our online stores.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
Where we offer pre-orders, limited releases, or special launches, estimated dispatch or delivery dates will be stated on the product page or communicated separately. Pre-order timelines are estimates and may be affected by production, logistics, courier availability, supplier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a pre-order or special release is significantly delayed, we will provide an update where appropriate and offer a suitable solution depending on the circumstances.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS, AND WHATSAPP ORDERS
When you place an order (via our website, Shopify checkout, or connected brand channels including WhatsApp), you are making an offer to purchase. FRM reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until FRM confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed, packed, dispatched, or collected by the courier. Because some orders may be processed quickly (especially Dubai Express, same-day, or 4-hour delivery orders), cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, collected by the courier, or delivered, it will be handled under our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.
In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, phone number, or WhatsApp contact provided at the time the order was made.
Purchases made are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email or order summary. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.

You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such payment method, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays or additional costs caused by incorrect delivery information, incomplete addresses, customer unavailability, failed delivery attempts, courier delays, traffic, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. For Dubai Express, same-day, or 4-hour delivery services, eligibility, cutoff times, courier pickup, and delivery conditions will apply as stated in our Shipping Policy. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and store credit are governed by our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.
We do not offer automatic refunds for change of mind, customer preference, or incorrect size selection where the item is not defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described.
If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described, we will review the issue and provide a suitable solution in line with our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection requirements.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove, reduce, or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, BRANDING, AND USER CONTENT
All content on our website and connected brand channels, including the FRM name, logos, designs, product images, product descriptions, graphics, artwork, slogans, layout, website content, branding, garment designs, prints, and other materials, belongs to FRM, MEDIUS L.L.C - FZ, or is used with permission.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any FRM content, branding, product designs, images, artwork, slogans, or materials without our prior written permission. Purchasing a product from FRM does not give you any rights to use FRM's intellectual property.
If you tag FRM, mention FRM, submit a review, send us photos or videos, comment on our social media, or provide content connected to our products ("User Content"), you confirm that you own or have permission to share that content. By sharing such content with us or tagging FRM, you give FRM permission to repost, share, display, or use the content for brand, marketing, social media, website, and promotional purposes.

SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website and services may use third-party services and tools, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery partners, analytics tools, marketing platforms, email providers, and messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp). We neither monitor nor have control or input over third-party tools.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools or services.

FRM is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with FRM (MEDIUS L.L.C - FZ). By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and FRM, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with FRM.

All personal information we collect through the Services or WhatsApp communication is subject to our Privacy Policy. Certain personal information is also subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy viewable here.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

SECTION 18 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL FRM (MEDIUS L.L.C - FZ), OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE, PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCTS, DELIVERY DELAYS, WEBSITE INTERRUPTIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE ISSUES.
FRM WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS OR FAILURE TO PERFORM WHERE CAUSED BY EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL (INCLUDING COURIER DELAYS, SUPPLY CHAIN DISRUPTION, WEATHER, TRAFFIC, CUSTOMS DELAYS, OR NATURAL EVENTS). OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH ANY CLAIM RELATING TO AN ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE RELEVANT PRODUCT, UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FRM, MEDIUS L.L.C - FZ, Shopify, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

SECTION 20 - SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and FRM.

SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute relating to these Terms & Conditions, our website, or your purchase from FRM will be subject to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

SECTION 22 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. The version of the Terms & Conditions published on our website at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
